Art speaks when words can not. Growing up with a dad who was a designer, a mother who ran her own publishing company, and a brother who is now a designer as well, art was a heavy player in our family. Moving to North East Ohio, I was afraid that there wouldn’t be a huge arts community. What I learned was something totally different.
I just had to seek it out! The pictures above are from Visions, the opening night of a new exhibit at the Canton Museum of Art. There were speakers, hor d’oeuvres, cash bar, and of course amazing art!
Where ever you live, if you can’t find the life or the culture you wanted go and seek it out. If you can’t find it, then start it.
